Practice and Policies
Our office is on the lobby-level of a lovely, well
cared-for residential doorman building in the heart of Greenwich
Village. We have been proud to provide comprehensive preventive,
restorative, and cosmetic services in this relaxed comfortable setting
for more than three decades. It is one of our top priorities to protect
the privacy, dental health, and well-being of our valued patients. We
are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we
welcome all patients as if they were family. We proudly serve the following locations: New York City, Greenwich Village, East Village, West Village, and the New York University (NYU) campus.
Appointments may be scheduled from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday and some Fridays. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone at 212-475-6440, or by email at [email protected]. Emergencies are always welcome. Patients who call with dental emergencies tell us they take comfort when they hear the words "how long will it take you to get here?" Why not call for an appointment today?
There is a fee for office services. Full payment is expected at the time of service. For services that will require more than one visit, a minimum of one half the full fee is expected at the first treatment visit. The final payment must be received prior to the final treatment visit for that service.
For those who qualify, when treatment will be extensive, we offer a bank sponsored payment plan, CARE CREDIT. We even pick up some or all of the first years' interest. Ask Judy, our office manager, about this.
We accept Aetna Dental PPO Plans and Delta Dental PPO plans as an in-network provider. For patients with other dental plans offering out-of-network coverage, you will also pay our fee at the time service is provided. We will then be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the maximum in benefits in accordance with you dental insurance contract. Please check with your insurance company to determine your deductible and remaining coverage available. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or most major credit cards.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us withat least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
